JV & Varsity Football will practice at 8 am on Labor Day (Monday, September 2), and at 8 am on E-Learning Day (Tuesday, September 3). 

The York Touchdown Club is again sponsoring a golf ball drop at halftime of the first home football game vs. Nation Ford on August 30.  Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased from any football coach or Touchdown Club member.  Only 500 tickets will be sold.  You do not have to be present to win.  Prizes are as follows: 1st=$1000, 2nd=$750, 3rd=$500, & 4th=$250. 

Fall football practice begins Friday, August 2 at 7 am.  Due to the heat and humidity, JV & Varsity football will practice before school from 7-9 am.  All JV & Varsity football players need to have either 1st block football class or 1st block PE.  After each practice, players will either lift weight or watch film.  Players will also lift weights or watch film after school from 4-5 pm.  

There will also be football practice from 7;00-9:30 am on Saturday, August 3 and Saturday, August 10.

Beginning Monday, August 19 the practice schedule will change.  JV & Varsity will continue to practice from 7-9 am Monday-Wednesday.  On Thursday" & Friday's JV & Varsity will practice from 8:45-10:00 am during first block.  After school film and weight lifting will continue on Monday's & Wednesday's.  JV & Varsity football players will be dismissed from school at 3:45 pm on Tuesday's.  Normal game schedules and activities will occur after school on Thursday's & Friday's.
