This past Saturday at Blythewood High School our female weightlifting team brought home the 4A state championship.
Varsity Level:
2 individual champions
1 State runner up
2 All State Lifters
2 State records - squats
1 State record - broad jump
1 State record - Bench press
JV level:
1 Runner up
3 All State Lifters
